Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. Orders below this amount will be charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 US states. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping We ship internationally to select countries. International orders typically take 10-21 business days after processing, depending on the destination and customs clearance. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged upon delivery.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages BuChiBuBu is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
